Blake Eaton CPA, Founder of i3 Outsourcing Solutions, LLC, has more than 18 years of management and leadership experience directing private closely-held companies to large public companies with revenues in excess of $2 billion. Blake has led these companies through start-up, survival, turnaround, growth and acquisition business cycles.

Work Experience

Blake has spent the last 12 years in high level positions – General Manager, Controller and CFO – for a variety of industries, including manufacturing, telecommunications, software and dental healthcare. His proficiency is in financial forecasting, resource allocation, fund management, accounting controls, consolidations, foreign subsidiaries, cost reductions and operational effectiveness.

Among his significant previous positions, Blake served as Chief Financial Officer of 6 Day Dental and Orthodontics, a $25 million, multiple locations, privately held company. His understanding of dental and orthodontic operations led him to consolidate six legal entities into one and in restructuring the company with a savings of over $1.4 million annually. Blake was the Chief Financial Officer at Federal Liaison Services, Inc., single source provider of employer payroll and tax filing solutions, where he was instrumental in selling the company for 2 times its revenue.

At FLS and later at Sage Software, Blake ensured over $5 billion of client payroll tax liabilities were paid accurately and timely. His integral role with the Sage Software’s acquisition of Federal Liaison Services, led him to General Manager of Sage’s Compliance Services division where he lead the division to profitability within 10 months of acquisition, reduced operating expenses and increasing profitability from a loss to 18% in the first year of acquisition. Blake also served in a financial position at APW/Wyott, a commercial cookware manufacturer, where he was responsible for the preparation and financial reporting of their North America and United Kingdom entities.


Blake Eaton holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and CPA license from the State of Texas. Blake is also on the Board for the Suicide and Crisis Center of North Texas. When he is not managing his company, Blake enjoys running, biking and spending time with his wife and two children.
